  18. You need 1 of carrot.
  19. Take 1 of tomato.
  20. Get 1 of onion.
  21. Provide 2 Teaspoon of coriander leaves.
  22. Use to taste of Salt.
  23. Get 2 of Green chilli.
  24. Prepare 1 of Red chilli.
  25. Take 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  26. Take 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder.
  27. Use as needed of Oil.
  28. Get of For green chilli thecha.
  29. Take 100 gram of green chilli.
  30. Use 8 of garlic cloves.
  31. Provide 3 tsp of Oil.
  32. Prepare 50 gram of coriander leaves.
  33. You need to taste of Salt.
  34. Provide 1/2 tsp of Cumin powder.
  35. Prepare of For Raita.
  36. You need 1 cup of curd.
  37. Take handful of Mix chivda.
  38. Get 2 tsp of Oil.
  39. Take 1 tsp of Mustard seeds.
  40. Take to taste of Salt.
  41. Get 1/4 tsp of Black pepper.
  42. Take 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder.

Instructions to make Veg Thali:

  1. For methi dal.
  2. Add oil in a pan add garlic paste and add onion, tomato, green chilli and saute them for 5 minute in slow flame.
  3. Add chopped methi and saute them for 5 min add boiled tur dal and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and cover with lid for 2 min.
  4. Add some coriander your methi dal is ready.
  5. For mix veg.
  6. Add oil in a pan add green chilli and garlic paste then add onion till onion is brownish add tomato, potato, cauliflower, beans, capsicum..
  7. Add all masala and mix it add some water and saute them for 10 min.
  8. For green chilli thecha.
  9. In a mixer pot add 8 piece of garlic, coriander, green chillies and add some salt and cumin powder..
  10. Grind it like a paste then add oil in a pan and add thecha then switch off the flame and your thecha is ready.
  11. For raita.
  12. Add curd in bowl and add mix chivida in it add oil in a pan and add mustard in it and give temering (tadka) your Raita is ready.
  13. Enjoy your delicious veg thali.
