  3. Wash, peel and chop onion, tomato, ginger and red and green capsicums..

  5. Heat a non stick griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and pour 2 tb of batter and spread. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also. Flip again and roast for 2 minutes..
