  1. For stuffing-.
  2. Take a pan and add 2 tbsp refined oil.
  3. Add chopped garlic.
  4. Then add chopped onion, capsicum, beans and green chillies.
  5. Stirr fry at high flame for 30 secs.
  6. Add 1 bowl boiled sweet corns.
  7. Again fry.
  8. Add salt to taste and kashmiri red chilli powder.
  9. Fry it high flame.
  10. Add tomato sauce and chilli sauce and keep a mixture a side.
  11. For dough take 250 gm all-purpose flour.
  12. Add 3 tbsp oil.
  13. Salt to taste.
  14. And Knead it with the help of water.
  15. Make a smooth dough.
  16. Then take 2 tbsp all-purpose flour add a pinch of salt and water and make a dip.
  17. Now for pockets.
  18. Make a bolls of dough equally divided into many parts.
  19. Then take a one ball and roll out in cylinderical shape.
  20. Remove the sides and give the rectangular shape.
  21. Make all strips like this.
  22. Now take 1 strip and keep another strip on 1 st one in opposite direction.
  23. Fill the mixture in the centre.
  24. And close from all the sides and give the packet or box look.
  25. Now dip all the pockets one by one in all-purpose flour dip and roll out in bread crumbs this process will be repeat twice.
  26. Then heat the pan and add the oil for frying.
  27. Deep fry all the pockets on medium high flame.
