  1. Take rice and pulses in a bowl and soak them for 6 to 8 hours..
  2. Then blended this mix in a mixer grinder with 1/2 Cup curd. If the mix is too thin add 2 tbsp sooji in it..
  3. Ferment this mix for 7 to 8 hours in dark place like your microwave or oven..
  4. After fermentation add grated veggies of your choice and ginger garlic paste..
  5. Add salt turmeric and 2 to 3 tsp red chili powder..
  6. Add green coriander. And 2 tsp eno salt..
  7. Mix well..
  8. For tempering take some oil add 1 tsp mustard seeds.
  9. When they splutter add 1 tsp cumin seeds and seasame seeds each.
  10. Add asafoetida and curry leaves..
  11. Fill cupcake mould with batter..
  12. Put some tempering above and then bake at 200 degrees for 20 to 22 mins untill skewer comes out clean..
  13. And top is little hard..
