  1. Wash basmati ricewith enough water to release any excess starch.then drain water from rice once the rice is clean..
  2. Per boil water once its boiling hot, add rice and bring back up to a gentle boil. Cover the pot and set on medium heat, once water is absorbed and the rice is tender. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
  3. Place pot in a medium heat and add vegetable, toss a pinch of salt and immediately add onions, stir for about a minute then add tomatoes and pepper.
  4. Stir continuously till the sauce is dry with only oil and the tomatoes paste.
  5. Add Vegetables stir and cover, cook for another 3mins and turn off heat.
  6. Serve Basmati Rice with vegetable sauce and a piece of grilled chicken..
