  1. Get 300 g of self-raising flour (plus extra for dusting).
  2. Get 1 tsp of baking powder.
  3. Take 250 g of natural yoghurt.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of sugar.
  5. Prepare 1-2 tsp of herb mix (optional).
  6. Get 1-2 tsp of olive oil.

  1. Put self raising flour, baking powder and yoghurt to a mixing bowl and mix together with a spoon, then use clean hands to pat and bring everything together. Dust a clean work surface with flour, then tip out the dough. Knead for a few minutes until all form to a dough. Wrap in cling film and leave it rest for 20-30min.
