The ingredients needed to make Chicken Apple Flatbread:

  1. Get 1 of as needed Shredded or grilled chicken.
  2. Get 1 of as needed Mixed greens.
  3. Use 1 of Apple, cubed.
  4. Get 1 of as needed Salad dressing vinaigrette.
  5. Use 1 of Soft tortilla.

Instructions to make Chicken Apple Flatbread:

  1. Take an apple and cut/cube it so they are in small squares.
  2. Lay a soft tortilla on a pan and let it warm up or get crisp.
  3. While the tortilla get warm, shred grilled chicken.
  4. As the tortilla is warming up, place mixed green leaves on top of the tortilla.
  5. Place shredded chicken on top of the bed of mixed greens, then the cut apples.
  6. Take take out the now warm/crisp tortilla and lay it on a plate.
  7. Add the vinaigrette (I used champagne pear with Gorgonzola vinaigrette) on top.
  8. If you like, add more mixed greens on top.
