The ingredients needed to make Vegan kimchi:

  1. Use 1 of large Napa Cabbage.
  2. Take of Diacon radish.
  3. Use 1 bunch of green onion.
  4. Provide 1 of whole garlic bulb.
  5. Take 2 tbs of sea salt.
  6. You need of Korean red chili flake gogogun or paste.
  7. Use 2 tbs of sugar.
  8. Provide 2 tbs of corn starch (make a slurry).

Instructions to make Vegan kimchi:
