The ingredients needed to prepare Meatballs ;):

  1. Get of Equal mix of mince and sausage meat.
  2. Get of Stale bread.
  3. You need of Parmesan.
  4. Take 1 of garlic clove.
  5. Get 1 of egg.
  6. Use of Salt n pepper.

Instructions to make Meatballs ;):

  1. Whizz up stale bread and garlic to make breadcrumbs (any left over can be kept and used for other recipes).
  2. Mix meat well together and add breadcrumbs, salt n pepper and Parmesan.
  3. Add an egg and get your hands stuck in.
  4. Shape into balls and roll in remaining breadcrumbs. Put on a metal rack over an oven tray (to catch any fat) and cook at 200 for 25min or so. Serve with whatever veg you like :).
